Opening Prayer
Christopher Johnson led the group in Prayer. The Meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m.

Approval of Minutes
October 7th. Minutes were moved, seconded and approved.
Correspondence
We are still looking for another major fundraising event in the near future (requires further
discussion).
Principal’s Report:
Mrs. Barber Reports. We had our first Kindergarten Information Day on Saturday, October 25th.
The Eighth graders coordinated the schools Harvest Festival. Eighth grades decorated the gym for
Halloween and put together Halloween games and activities for the children in K-5th grades.
Second grade will prepare the Mass for All Saints Day on November 7th and 9th.
Report cards and conferences are scheduled for November 18th –November 21st.
Faculty Report:
Mr. Walton reports the eighth grade visited local high schools. He shared beautiful prayer books the
class created as well as artwork of the presidential election.
Advisors Report/School Board Report
Rachel Epperson reports the Endowment Dinner is scheduled for March 14th 2009. Flyers will be
distributed to the community.
PPP Coordinator’s
Lija Vitols reports the October statements went out in the Tuesday October 14th envelope. Some
parents have not yet turned in their contracts.
Treasure’s Report
None
Event Coordinator’s Report:
-Talent Show is on Friday November 14th at 7:30p.m. Lisa Lee reports the children are working
diligently to be prepared for the event.
-Agape Festival is on December 3rdd PTG will hold the event in Shawna Griffin’s Honor .Third grade
parents will coordinate the event.
-Trivia Night on Flyers will go out on Tuesday November 8th envelope announcing the event.
