Before/After School Care

St. John the Baptist School Extended Care Program serves the needs of the families at our school. It provides a safe, reliable and caring Christian environment where the children enrolled at St. John the Baptist School, K through 8th Grade, enjoy socializing with their friends, are given the opportunity to make choices and decisions and, with the help of staff, learn to deal with and solve problems that may arise during their stay at Eagle’s Nest. The safety and well being of each individual child are the prime concerns of our staff and Director.

7:00 am – 7:45 pm   Quiet games, homework review, dismissal

2:45 pm – 3:00 pm   K-8 Grade sign-in

3:00 pm – 4:00 pm   Snack, free time

4:00 pm – 5:00 pm   Homework, story & quiet activities

5:00 pm – 5:30 pm   Arts & crafts, computers, indoor/outdoor play

5:30 pm – 6:00 pm   Indoor games, clean up, dismissal

12:00 pm – 12:30 pm Sign in & Lunch

12:30 pm – 1:45 pm  Free Play inside/outside, organized game stations

1:45 pm – 2:45 pm   Homework (if applicable) or project, indoor/outdoor games

2:45 pm – 3:30 pm    Snack

3:30 pm – 4:30 pm    Indoor projects: cooking, arts & crafts

4:30 pm – 6:00 pm    Free time, indoor/outdoor playtime
